Existing customer Bunnings, will occupy the 43,150 sqm distribution centre with a 10 year lease term with Goodman, to service the Bunning’s network in metropolitan and regional NSW. The facility located at Interchange Park, Eastern Creek, includes a dual sided 42,600 sqm warehouse with full drive around capability and 550 sqm of office.

The site also has a further 21,930 sqm of land available for future expansion. The development commenced in early 2013, with completion in March 2014, at estimated end value of $65 million. Early civil works to maximise land usage and value involved the construction of a two massive retaining walls totalling over 7,000m2 and 9m in height.

The Austral Masonry Keystone segmental block system was chosen due the structural requirements and the aesthetic nature of the product, which ultimately served the client well.
