The Roselands Bowling Club and Punchbowl Ex-Services and Community Club amalgamated with Mingara Leisure Group in May 2009. Members of both clubs merged together at the Club Roselands site whilst they waited for a new club house to be built. Construction of the new club commenced on September 2011. The $15 million project, managed by Mingara Leisure Group, employed approximately 180 workers.

Austral masonry supplied 10.109 Alabaster coloured 90mm high splitface blocks for the façade of the building. The half high units provided a unique feature wall for the main entrance of the structure which blended well with the natural stone and exposed steel beams also featured.
